The Sequoyah Copper Round Earrings celebrate Sequoyah's gift to the Cherokee, a written language. These earrings are engraved with the Cherokee Syllabary.
Sequoyah was the father of Cherokee literacy. Prior to Sequoyah, Cherokee was an oral language. Within a few months of introducing the script the tribe was literate. Books were translated into Cherokee and tribes members were writing and reading.
Our earrings are approximately 3/4" in diameter. We ony use surgical stainless steel wires in all of our earrings.
All of our jewelry and gifts are handmade in our studio in Oklahoma. Please allow 7-10 before we ship. Need something faster, choose Front Of The Line Shipping at Checkout. This option allows you to skip to the front of the production line. Standard shipping times apply once shipped
